Born in Buckinghamshire, England, and raised on the surf boards of southern California, Olivia Nouskajian not only offers freshness to the company, she's also the face of the company and demographic that ZBZR is going to emulate and market to.

A diligent student, for the first 2 years of high school she attended Cheltenham Ladies College in Gloucestershire, United Kingdom, which was founded in 1853, and for over 150 years has built a worldwide reputation for academic excellence. At 17 she graduated from Francis Parker School in San Diego, and then went on to University of California at Santa Barbara to study Biological Sciences in the Molecular, Cellular and Developmental field. She started working in the apparel industry as a sales specialist with BCBG, where she quickly became the number one salesperson for the company, who created the positions of "Lead Salesperson" and "Bridal Specialist" for her. In 2004 she was recruited by American Mobile Healthcare, the largest healthcare staffing organization in the United States and eventually moving to Sciele Pharma Sales Inc, where within six months she had become one of youngest district trainers in the firm's history.

As Vice President of Global Business Development of Zandra by Zandra Rhodes, Olivia Nouskajian, stands apart as one of the top ranking women executives in haute couture fashion as well as the Sport & Fitness industry. Nouskajian understands EBIT (earnings before interest and taxes) and cash management. How did she acquire a cash-flow discipline? Her immediate reply: "When your personal life and career are on the line, you get the discipline."

Numbers and balance sheets are not the only things she understands - there won't be a fitness bra, a pair of jeans, swimming suit, jogging outfit, or Zandra Rhodes tennis dress in the ZBZR product line that she won't scrutinize. Confident and outspoken she let's you know what's what and tells it like it is.

It is important to recognize that Olivia represents the 'future of ZBZR starting today'. In building the leadership team that will help ZBZR succeed in the long term we look to hire key women executives and employees as close to our customers' age as possible. It is this young generation who will help design, market, and merchandise clothes to their peer group. We want ZBZR to be appealing to females who feel as if they are part of the young, hip, privileged culture rather than aspiring to it.
